I saw a fire there a year ago and was told by the firefighters that its a semi-regular occurance. Idiots go in there and start fires with all the garbage thats scattered around the complex.

There was so many small businesses located inside that prevented this crap from happening., before the city had the bright idea to chase them out for a failed demo project. Was to go city hall.

Update from my friend: "Turns out a huge pile of trash that kept burning cuz the fire trucks couldn’t get near it. It’s under control now"
