    Can anyone help me figure out what this plant around Buchanon Street near Wesson Street is or was? Or what about the ruins across McGraw Street near ThyseenKrupp Steel? Thanks for your guys help!

    There was a huge thread on this when it was on fire, but I don't remember it being identified.

    At the corner of Buchanan and hammond was an auto junk yard until about a year ago, now closed and in ruins, I don't know what the tall building behind it was.

    Bob, the ruins on McGraw you mention. Are you talking about the ones at McGraw and Livernois? If so I noticed them and asked the same question, that thread with answers can be found below.

    That was Kelsey-Hayes, until 1987-88.
