law abiding politicians

i saw this earlier this evening as i was exiting the rite-aid on "the hill" in grosse pointe. i have NO idea if this guy is a republican or a democrat. and it REALLY doesn't matter. what goads me is that as a representative of the government he has no apparent regard for the law. the space is CLEARLY marked handicapped and i saw nothing on the jaguar that indicated a physical disability. just another example of politicians not holding themselves to the same standards as us “little people”. where is a police officer when you “need” one?
