DIBC's "Federal Entity" status struck down

Heard it through the grapevine, the DIBC's status as a "Federal Entity" was struck down this afternoon. I only have sketchy details, but am looking forward to reading about it in tomorrow's papers.

I thought it had been struck down close to, or even over, a year ago. Or is this a striking down of an appeal by the DIBC?
