Highland Park City Hall

I couldn't find a thread dedicated to the Highland Park City Hall Building, so I though I'd start one. Here's a picture I had stashed in my files. I'm not sure what year this was or what they were celebrating? Maybe the grand opening? Anyone else have old or new pictures, interesting history, etc... ?
