    Well, Michigan is #30. Who knows where Detroit would rank if it didn't have the whole state to water it down.

    I honsetly didn't think Illinois & New York would be so far back. In fact, I didn't think Michigan would beat them.

    Ironically enough, when one asks what city is the most politcally corrupt, they will either say Chicago, Detroit, New York or New Orleans...
