Visit any Emergency Room in the city and you will hear this story, "I was walking down the street, minding my own business and I felt something hit my leg, I saw nothing and heard nothing." These stories are usually but not always drug related.

Finding shell casings when you do not know where the shooter was standing is a difficult task. Not to mention that some guns [[Including revolvers) do not leave any shell casings behind whatsoever.

What's wrong with this region is that people on one side of an artificial boundary think that people on the other side are animals.

I'll interpret that as your way of saying, "Uhh, errh, I mean, that is... oh, never mind."

Tossing an item out there and hoping to prompt someone else to write something prejudicial is a cheesy pursuit.
I'm not policing anybody. We have in-house cops, here, and they're not doing it, either.

Yeah, i was wondering if the deputy's story seemed strange to anyone else. why do i get the feeling that we won't hear anymore about this in the press?
