    Default Good morning jack hammer!

Seven in the AM, and they got the Cass, Grand River intersection all tore up. They put up new boards on the GAR Building too.

Ahhhhh, nothing like being woken up by the sound of the pounding of a jack hammer! It does look like it's going to be a beautiful day to be out and about in the city at least.

It appears to be part of a Spring cleaning Downtown, and it really needed it. Crews have been painting hydrants, and streetlights, removing grafitti, and cleaning sidewalks all month. Those corners are apparently being up graded to the ramp with a red square type. They have them ready for concrete to be re-poured this morning.
