    From Freep.com:
POLICE HISTORY ON WEB: Detroit crime buffs can take a peek at precinct history on the Detroit Police Department's Facebook page. Decades-old photographs of precinct buildings -- some of which were built in the late 1800s -- were posted on the social networking site Thursday. Many of the buildings have been demolished. The site photos are at http://www.facebook.com/detroitpolice.
More specifically, they must be referring to Detroit Police Department's Photos. There's not much material there yet.

    From the above site:
    PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE:

Tune in to WTVS [[Channel 56) Detroit Public Television's American Black Journal at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 18th, as the show's host, Stephen Henderson [[who also is Editorial Page Editor for the Detroit Free Press) examines the issue of youth gang violence in the city of Detroit. Henderson will speak with Detroit Police Major Crimes Commander Paul Welles and Inspector Darryl Brown, who spent years as commanding officer of DPD's Gang Enforcement unit and now heads up the department's Narcotics Enforcement & Conspiracy units.
    That's coming up real quick.
