Northern Group

Does anyone know if Northern Group had sold Lafayette Towers also. I have friends who had just moved from there saying that the place started going down since Northern Group had purchased it. They had saw the handwriting on the wall when Northern Group lost the Penobscott Building, the First National Building, and the Alden Park Apartments. My friends had decided that enough was enough and left.

I know a person who lives in the Lafaytte Towers and said that Northern Group still owns the towers. She says that the last elevator out of three still hasn't been repaired. She thinks that owners is using the buildings as cash cows.
