By Ron Recinto, Detroit Local Editor

Visit Detroit, the city's promotional arm, is pushing 10 undiscovered film locations in southeast Michigan in a nice, well-edited video. Kudos to Model D for finding it and linking to it on its site.

That's an awesome list and a top-notch video.

4 of the sites that they mentioned aren't in designated core communities. This means that filmmakers won't be able to get as much out of the tax incentive. However, those locations are a strong sell.

    Good job, DMVCB.

The Partridge Creek site, should have been omitted. It's just a small-mall, it's new but so insignificant and boring!

Bbwwwaaaahaaahaaa! "...the 70's era Berry Terminal, which we had the foresight to keep just for your needs".

I'm sure that's why they kept it The 70's porn music in the background is a nice touch, too.

The "anchors" of this video are horrible. They can hardly get their lines out.

And why did they have to make it so cheesy?

Detroit is an amazing town, with some great talent, hire some young people to make the video, this video feels like bad cable access.
