    Default MLK Assassination cover-up

James Earl Ray never was tried.
    http://www.trutv.com/library/crime/t...ns/ray/11.html

    http://www.catyoga.com/jamesearlray/trialnow.html
    "...

    • The King assassination was the result of a New Orleans Mafia contract coordinated by it's now-deceased Memphis associate Frank Liberto, who enlisted the assistance of the manager of Jim's Grill in Memphis. The fatal shot was fired from the brush area behind this restaurant.
    • Detailed instructions and the actual murder weapon [[ for safekeeping ) were provided to the manager by a man named Raul, who also controlled the patsy, James Earl Ray.."

"On April 4 1968, Martin Luther King was in Memphis supporting a workers' strike. By nightfall, army snipers were in position, military officers were on a nearby roof with cameras, and Lloyd Jowers had been paid to remove the gun after the fatal shot was fired. When the dust had settled, King had been hit and a clean-up operation was set in motion-James Earl Ray was framed, the crime scene was destroyed, and witnesses were killed. William Pepper, attorney and friend of King, has conducted a thirty-year investigation into his assassination. In 1999, Loyd Jowers and other co-conspirators were brought to trial in a civil action suit on behalf of the King family. Seventy witnesses set out the details of a conspiracy that involved J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI, Richard Helms and the CIA, the military, Memphis police, and organized crime. The jury took an hour to find for the King family. In An Act of State, you finally have the truth before you-how the US government shut down a movement for social change by stopping its leader dead in his tracks."

On CSPANS History channel today, Pepper said that the FBI and CIA were both worried about King's plans to have an anti-war group set up camp in Washington.

Oh, so because it's ancient history, we should not be informed of what the government is doing? Did I interrupt your game playing?

From various sources, they've also established there was an Army 'hit team' assigned to Memphis that day, in case the Mafia's fellow didn't succeed. There is rumor that this hit team, from the top of the firehouse across the street from the motel, also filmed the whole thing.

It was a huge conspiracy within the government, and obviously throughout that decade they thought they could get away with this sort of thing with impunity.

They did, for nearly a generation.

It all goes back to the CIA, and George Herbert Walker Bush and the other old Nazi's influence over that organization...and subsequently our government. We've been basically overtaken by the very people we thought we'd beaten in the forties...but it seems evil always finds a way to survive.

They won't let this become common knowledge...so it is up to us to keep it alive, even forty years hence.

    Sincerely,
    John

Geeze, what are they putting in the water up there lately? Man never set foot on the moon either, right? And then there's that whole Elvis thing.

You really want to know what is in the water?! Didn't think so, doesn't dilute the truth of this matter, much of this was presented in the court case to release James Earl Ray and entered into the court's evidence...proving its validity. I don't have time to find my sources today. The Army link was proven. The filming has not, that is only rumor, but since it seems they record all of these things it is not far from consideration, and the eye-witnesses in the firehouse DID say the Army spotters who demanded roof access had film cameras.

CIA/GWB stuff is proven, too. Even back to November 22nd, 1963 in Dallas.

Of course mankind set foot on the moon, but the stuff they showed the buying public was filmed by Stanley Kubric on some secret set...probably that facility in the Hollywood Hills. He got to make his dream project on their budget as part of the payment for this effort, 2001:A Space Odyssey. NASA couldn't possibly reveal what is actually on and in the moon...too many people would freak out.

Elvis is dead, man. Get over it.

I see. So you wish us to believe your worldview, while destroying other people's at the same time? How myopic is that? Either you accept everything, or nothing.

Good idea, you never know when a Bilderburger or an Illuminati will try to "off" you because of your dangerous knowledge. A few Mossad operatives have been rumored to be in the area as well.

    They can try their worst.

I'm unafraid...especially of those Mossad pussies, and their pansy friends from the CIA.

I'm sure this life does NOT contain all there is for my soul essence.

Death would be my door to a better thing, but I'd ask specifically if I could stick around a bit and haunt whomever caused my death.

    Cheers

I am not a conspirary theorist by nature, but after listening to Lamar Waldron I beginning to think that maybe there is something to the stated cover-ups of MLK and JFK. I don't think this guy is a hack, one of his books he co-authored with Thom Hartmann someone who I think is on point on most issues. A lot of what he says seems to make sense particularly about MLK' s assassination

Trying to determine who killed who 50 years later is nothing but conjecture at this point. MLK, JFK, were murdered, the trail from that point is so murky and twisted from subsequent "investigations", we will never know what really happened.

We will not know as long as the culture of Top Secret is allowed to rule the land.

But we CAN know, for absolute certainty, that ALL of the official stories from the entire decade of the sixties [[at least) are so FAR from true that it is silly to consider them.

People died. Positive moves toward societal and governmental reform were stunted, distracted, or killed off. Other innocents and dupes were jailed or killed along the way to covering up the official covert misdeeds of Hoover's FBI and Bush's CIA and the rest of the Military/Industrial/Legislative Complex that President Eisenhower tried to directly warn us all about during his exit speech turning the helm over to Kennedy.

No cheers on this one. We CAN find out the truth, if Top Secret idiocy is broken down completely.

    Meddle,

Please take your government-paid shilling somewhere else, I know you take your meddling task seriously...but it is tired and old and TOO OBVIOUS to make any difference.

Cheers to you, since none of this really matters to you beyond what they are paying you to meddle.

    Sincerely,
    John

Why do cons feel the New World Order is a myth, but believe the birther's about the president's supposed birth on foreign soil? Could it be because their hero's and leaders created the NWO, Bilderburger, Tri-Lateral Commission, etc and so they blindly look the other way, while birther's are of their own side of the aisle?

The King family doesn't believe James Earl Ray killed MLK. Are they conspiracy theorist? They have more inside information and facts on this case than anyone. There is credible information citing Jesse Jackson's involvement and also Reverend Kyles. If you watch this video from Dick Gregory, who actually attended the wrongful death trial, you'll see at 4:51 Reverend Kyles slips up. Steve Cokely has a series called "Jesse Jackson Killed Martin Luther King" which he breaks down MLK and Jackson's relationship. King didn't care for Jackson and saw him for the snake he is. And here is another article about the civil trial where the reporter complains that there were more reporters at the OJ trial than the civil trial of MLK. This is one of the most detailed reporting of the MLK civil trial. Remember, this was when the FBI was run by Hoover, when it was at it's height of corruption. If our government has assassinated foreign leaders and citizens why is it so hard to believe they would do the same to domestic leaders?

James Earl Ray was one hard-core cracker. Hard, savvy, mixed up in a lot of things, in and out of jail, minding his own business, and taking care of business. He didn't just wake up one morning with a case of the stupids and decide to kill MLK. Makes no sense.

    Elaborate... I'm interested
Why do cons feel the New World Order is a myth
I am not a full-blown "con", but I do have some conservative tendancies. I totally believe in the "New World Order" theories. I think there is a socialist aspect toward this ultiimate goal as well, and the intent of governments and those in true positions of power to tie nations together and break down the borders and walls that divide them. Tools to meet these ends and to dilute our individual freedoms as Americans include Global Warming [[GW is just one cog in the wheel). What better means to have the Government dictate what you do in your private life than to monitor your every move under the guise that it will change the climate when we are dealing with Co2. Co2, which makes up a very very minute portion of the Earth's atmosphere. Co2 which grew a fraction of a percent in the last century, and under the claims of Government implying they can alter the Earth's temperature, want to alter that fraction of a percent by a fraction of a percent at the expense of all of our standards of living and removal of freedoms.

GW is just one example of tools the truly powerful use to control us to achieve thier means. What about "global wealth" and "global inequality", you see a huge push right now for the transfer of wealth from richer to poorer countries [[as if it was wrong for one nation to be run better than another and become more prosperous). You have the skull&bones society, the ultra wealthy that call the shots. The filthy and corrupt that pull the strings of our politicians like marionettes. There is definitely a dark underbelly to the supposed "civilized" society and leadership of the Western world, and the rest of the world beyond. The New World Order is thier ultimate goal. If you put all the pieces of the puzzle together, you see the erosion of individual freedoms and individual nations, currencies, financial prosperity, the creation of massive national debts, and so much more that will lead to the eventual and inevitable collapse of the nations of the world that you see today. And you're living in a dreamworld if you don't think this is a bi-partisan effort.
King didn't care for Jackson and saw him for the snake he is.
Jackson and Sharpton are a couple of race baiting reverse-racist snakes, that's for sure.

papa there is a vast difference between a con [[neocon) and a conservative...neocons have a agenda that extends beyond our shores...conservatives are concerned with fiscal responsibility and America staying in the leadership role...Liberals and conservatives just have different ways of getting there...neocons are out to destroy things the way we all know it and have a dual loyalty to our country and a new world order...

as far as the moon I would like to be freaked out over what they really found ...whose afraid of that...

    speaking of assassinations...

Malcolm X assassin is freed on parole in NYC

    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/36805785...ime_and_courts

Thomas Hagan, the last man still serving time in the 1965 killing, was freed from a Manhattan prison where he spent two days a week under a work-release program, state Department of Correctional Services spokeswoman Linda Foglia said.
    ...
The assassins gunned down Malcolm X out of anger at his split with the leadership of the Nation of Islam, the black Muslim movement for which he had once served as chief spokesman, said Hagan, who was then known as Talmadge X Hayer.
    ...
He has repeatedly expressed regret for his role in the assassination, which he described in a 2008 court filing as the deed of a young man who "acted out of rage on impulse and loyalty" to religious leaders.

I just read a review of Hampton Sides' new book, Hellhound on his Trail. It's a look at the King assassination from Ray's point of view.
    http://www.amazon.com/Hellhound-His-...2575199&sr=1-1

It should be a great read, based on Sides' Blood and Thunder - a fascinating and well written book about Kit Carson, the Navajo and New Mexico.
