Can anyone here give me multiple links/sources about transit in Detroit. I am writing a research paper on why Detroit needs mass transit. If there is anybody that can give me a few resources that would be great. Thanks

Google is your friend. I googled mass transit in detroit, and there were lots of links. You can pick the ones you like and go from there.

Jack Schram was the foremost authority on the history of transit in Detroit and Michigan. He has several books on the subject. For history go to the downtown Library in Detroit on Library street. He died recently but his son Ken carrys on his research.
