Default Lafayette and 14th [[Fort St.) building

They are working on the building on Lafayette and 14th again. It has been years since somebody started to renovate this structure. Does anyone have any insite as to who currently owns this building and what is its proposed use?
There is noticable construction activity in the Lafayette and Fort area, is there a common community or developmental group behind these efforts?

Dunno...but I've wondered how the Green Dot Stables stays in business. Interesting, but somewhat isolated place.

It is the three story brick building on W. Lafayette [[around the 2100 block).
Prevuiously someone cleamed the brick and started to replaced the window framing. For years the openings where covered with plastic.

Aaaaa sarcasm aside MCS, I was just clarifying if it was on Fort Street, the initial title was Lafayette and 14th. Lafayette is a block north if I am correct? Wasn't sure if there is or was a building behind it.

Work has begun again on this building [[at Lafayette W. and 14th) in the last month or so. New windows are going in. Anyone know what kind of project this is? More lofts?
