Kilpatrick turned himself in, to Judge Groner's court [[so to speak,) a few minutes ago.
It's too much to ask for [[at this point, what isn't?,) but here's hoping that Groner does not allow him to leave.

No decision on the motion to remove Groner till Thursday. They are researching if Kenny can have another judge arraign KK, or if he will have to sit in jail till then.

Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon has also announced that he will hold a 3:00 p.m. news conference regarding the Kilpatrick situation.
