What buildings does PEM Investments still own in Detroit, and how are they doing? I haven't heard anything about them since the move from Metro Detroit to Arizona a few years back.

Searching the Wayne County Real Estate Index the building count is exactly 1 in the City of Detroit. 2170 East Jefferson, and associated with a TMobile store. It's only a zoning appeal as well.Try Plymouth Township, the only PEM related items.
