) but I'm always amazed on how quick some resident forum users always seem to find the right threads in the archive to support a new current thread. I never saw a "search" button. How do you browse the old forum?

Google seems to index detroityes.com closely. It has been known to be faster than the internal search engine. Try the site:detroityes.com qualifier.

The Internet Archive helps too.
