8M for a one year NTC.
Last year Guillen expressed his concern about being platooned in LF with Raburn, and Leyland reassured him publicly by stating that he would be the Tigers everyday LFer during the '10 season.
So, does Leyland go back on his word and make Guillen the everyday DH or platoon him with Damon in LF? It would seem that with the less than fleet of foot/no grass-stains Ordonez in RF, and maybe the rookie Jackson in CF [[or platooning with Raburn), the Tigers would be better off having Damon as the everyday LF, since he can cover more ground in LF and is quicker than Guillen, despite his noodle throwing arm.
