    Default Series of Fires

Yesterday there was a lot of fires on Detroit's east side. Three made the total.

First, it was near Chene and Palmer:

Second near McDougall and Ferry [[look in the Street View and you will notice a couple easter eggs including the suspended mast arm traffic lights still up!):

There has been a lot of fires over here. My housemate thinks someone is trying to buy up this property. Cheaper to buy an empty lot than it is a lot with a house.

I ran across one proposal online that had plans to widen I-94 in this area. The plans took over a good 3-4 blocks south of 94. I cant find the site at the moment. It had detailed plans from I75 up to somewhere around Moross or Connor..

Just took a bike ride down to CheneX Ferry Market, smelled something burnin. It wasn't the shack hangout on the SW corner of Chene Ferry either. More toward 94

I'm in that 'hood nearly every day. I have wondered when the last few structures would burn. It seems an arsonist[[s) will pop up every full moon or so.
