Does anyone know if Council approved the Detroit Recreation Department's master plan yesterday? I haven't found any Council coverage, and meeting minutes aren't posted online [[and wouldn't have been approved by now).

Related question: does anyone have a copy of the plan? The DRD website only has page one of the plan online. Maybe they ran out of storage space...
