Default Photographer looking for grassroots revitalization

    Hi everyone,

I'm a photojournalism student from Ohio University. I'm in Detroit until next Sunday and I'm working on taking photos of people who are involved in grass roots revitalization efforts. I'm interested in people who are starting new businesses in the city, people who are fixing up houses, and people who have moved in to make Detroit their home. I'm interested in photographing the human side of urban renewal that goes beyond expensive construction projects. Does anyone here have any ideas they could contribute?
