Default Corridor Sausage Co. to bring homemade links to Cass Ave.

Along with Slows BBQ [[to open on Cass and Alexandrine soon?) this could make Midtown the meat HQ of Detroit.

"Corridor Sausage is only one component of the Canfield frontage of the Willys development, which is shaping up to also include a bakery and a microbrewery."

Does this mean a bakery in addition to Avalon? Does this mean a microbrewery in addition to Motor City and Traffic Jam? If so, then Canfield Street has certainly arrived. All this activity in Midtown is making me excited.

Motor City has been there for 10 years, I think its just worded funny. I couldn't imagine opening a brewery right across the street from the best one in town. That just doesn't make sense.
