Lofts at New Amsterdam Phase Two

Does anyone know if Phase 2 is ready for occupancy? It looks great, but I haven't noticed much activity.

Yes, this had its grand opening last Spring & is currently occupied. I think there are still a few units available -- they're incredibly beautiful, large spaces, and Jonna Co [[who is heading up the Sugar Hill renovations on Garfield) did an incredible job with the attention to detail, high quality materials, utilities, and historic preservation.
