DTOS new locations?

I know the Detroit Theatre Organ Society is in the process of disassembling the Fisher Theatre Wurlitzer from inside the historic Senate theatre on Michigan Avenue in preparation for its removal. Anyone know if they have secured a new location for the organ? Any word on the fate of the Senate Theatre? All that restoration work they put into the building, and unfortunately I can't really it lasting too long unless the right group purchases the building....

The organ is still in the theatre, and still playing. there is an offer on the property that will have to go before the membership to vote on, which is a certainty. The group is still searching for a new home for the instrument.
