This does not surprise me. It seems that when someone has to reassure us that a project or business is happening, it's failing, or at least not happening the way the owner had planned.

Saw these signs a few weeks ago leaving a friends place @ Fyfe. The signs are really just wayyy overdue. Id like to see the windows cleaned and the construction entrance window replaced as well as new opaque paper put up in the windows as it used to be. I have friends living there who have despised the trashy appearance for nearly 2 years.
