    Default Grand River and Quincy building

    I was driving down Grand River when I noticed a sign on this building saying that the Detroit Land Bank Authority will demolish it. I thought I'd share this and invite people to share any experience/info they have on the building.

    Yes, I know of Steves. I grew up in this area of Grand River... it is getting pretty blighted....
