Video from the LOC! Is this Detroit?

The library of Congress has posted more than 300 videos of yesteryear and today on Youtube! This video is called " When America was great".

Is that first scen of the Detroit riverside? Is is dated around the early 1900's.

I think most of that is the New York City piers, on the Hudson, from what it looks like, if it is NYC it's pre-1910, before the grand Chelsea Pier project started.

It looks like Brooklyn and the music in the background talks about old NY so it's definitely around NYC. I don't know where you got the Detroit riverside from.

This is like the time he found a video clearly labeled as being the city of Atlanta, and then asked if it was of Detroit. This is getting tiring...

Well, except in the tags and description of the video, NYC is mentioned multiple times, just like the Atlanta video was clearly labeled as being in Atlanta. This isn't about having to guess a city, it's about simple reading and not being lazy. This is not even to mention that Whitehouse doesn't even have a language excuse or barrier, because his English is superb [[as it is with most Dutch folks).
