It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. I have a hard time believing this will fly: 'McArthur argues that his testimony was "in good faith and reasonable" because he believed he was getting lawful guidance from court officials.'

A lame defense but he's probably got a better argument than the judge and prosecutor. They don't have any defense.
