Fairmont Creamery Company on Milwaukee

I've noticed some work going on inside the old Fairmont Creamery Company building on Milwaukee and had it confirmed by the seller of the building to the current owner. Does anyone know what is going on there?

Myself and a few other people took a look at this building a couple of years ago. It was actually in pretty good shape. I remember there being a huge truck trailer and some debris on the parking lot located east of the building. If someone has/will purchase the property, I hope it works out for them.
