Default Dog found in the Corridor.

This dog was running around near Avalon Bakery at Cass and Willis. Seems to be a pit mix but a total sweetheart.

Call Rachael at 313-467-2326 or go to www.homefursure.com to get the dog.
Home Fur Sure is a no kill shelter.

Ive seen this dog around the area and I want to say Ive met the owner but not sure.

Could be a Staffy mix, the nose is pretty long for either Staffordshire or Pit Bull though. Looks like a great dog.

He looks just like "Cass" that used to guard Sarkie's parking lot across from BCBS.

Sorry I didn't write last night like I said I would, I fell asleep. I have a foster puppy here that kept me awake the night before.

When that dog we found in front of Avalon came to my house, we named him Jimmy, but we called him Lugnut. He was a very good dog, but I don't think he knew what the inside of a house was like. It took him a bit to get used to it and my three dogs. I taught him about the leash so he could go for walks. Here is [[was) his Home Fur-Ever page:

He went to 2 adoptions and found a home on the second visit. Very good for an adult dog. Here is his new family:

I got them interested in Dogster so I can easily keep track of him. They re-named him Copper. Very nice people. They are coming up to the Troy Petco, with "Jimmy"/Copper, this Saturday to finalize the adoption.

You are more than welcome to come and visit Jimmy at the adoption this Saturday to see how well this has gone. This is one story that turned out great.

Thanks Matt for your help in trying to find the owner. This is a great dog, a little to needy for me, but hes in a good place now.

Let me know if your coming on Saturday.

    Thanks again,
    Rachel
