Default Stark Hickey Ford now Delta Sigma Theta HQ and community svc ctr

This morning, I attended the ribbon-cutting event for the new Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. community center, which repurposes the old Stark Hickey Ford dealership. A church moved into the old Delta headquarters last month.

Here's an article about the event by Rochelle Riley:

    Good on them.
Slight thread jack, but just curious if anyone knows why is it that historically black sororities and fraternities always use the "inc" in their names? All fraternities and sororities are 501[[c)3 Corps, but i don't ever recall seeing ..oh I don't know...Theta Chi, Inc. or Kappa Delta, Inc.
