I just caught this thread...wow...thanks everybody.

It was a decidedly low-key day.


Friday was the celebration, with a few very dear friends and some new ones who are immediately already so...actually IN my old loftspace twice in one day.

Got in two wonderful yoga sessions, first with Gregg Newsom from Detroit Evolution Project and then Micha Adams' evening Yin Yoga from the Flyhouse group...with two of the very best meals I've ever had in between. Early one was brunch by Gregg's lovely wife Angela, guru to our fair city with raw food prep and vegan cooking...then the later out at Inn Season in Royal Oak.

It was easily the most healthy day ever in my 46 years!


Much love to y'all, we are in for SOME kinda year.

Let's show the world that the Spirit of Detroit ain't just some statue that just got a paint job.
