    Default Squatter Laws

Thank you all for the possible salutions to the issues with getting Squatters removed. Which law enforcement office handles civil law the opertative word is Law, when does the law apply to the person the law is broken aginst?
The suggestion to contact Child Protection Service, Post Office to stop mail, and DTE were notified the same day. DTE did come out right away and put a lock on the metor which was broken into again by the Squatters. After visits every day by the owner to the property the child was no longer present. As for Insurance the owner was informed that no company will insure property in Detroit unless the property is up to code or occupied. It's outrageous that property owners have to spend money, possible doubled or trippied dipped to remove proven Squatters and all the evidence is presented 2 bogus leeses the broken DTE metor I'm told when the owner and Police walked into the property the smell of Weed and Cat Pee was present.
The owner had present all the paperwork need to prove ownership.
The person that suggested the removal of the extrior doors was right on target,
That was what happened before getting his message to get them out and it was done with Police offiers present who didn't prevent the owner from removing the doors but said the owner was being unreasonal. The owner informed the Police the doors were being removed for repair and to replace the locks mind you the Squatters had a number of locks laying on the floor to make their own change which the Police also saw.
The Squatters moved out the same day and left the Flat Screen TV they broke while moving. Detroit Finest turned up on Friday defending the Squatters, saying the owner was disrespectful, and the Squatter said they left a Cat and he needed access to look for also it, and did the owner brake the TV. The owner it still trying to get Cats which can still be heard in the walls out. The Officer asked did the owner see the Squatter break into the DTE metor, which was shown to him eariler in the week, now get this the Squatters could file a compliant aginst the owner. Where is the fairness, justics or sence in this? The house has been hopefully secured and no Traspassing signs posted. Pictures have been taken by the owner and the premisses have been cleaned. Oh they left all their garbage and a garbage bag in a closet with their pee and bowl movments.

Glad you got rid of them. It will be the outside of enough if the police actually take a complaint by the squatters against the owner. Makes you wonder whether you really fell through the Looking Glass. If I were a lawyer, I might take that case pro bono just for the loopiness of the whole thing.
