Coulda, Shoulda had some ethics laws in Detroit, maybe we wouldn't have had such crooks. Anyone that had dealings with the Detroit Monster should be very scared.

JA I bet a lot of people were made very nervous last week when kk took the stand after that FBI man. The look on kk's face was total shock. I doubt kk nor his followers would have followed any ethics law. LOL
The mayor of Windsor may be ok as he was meeting with an elected official.

Mayor Francis probably has cover in that he was meeting Mayor Kilpatrick as a part of official business, both being sitting mayors at the time. There is an innocence/guilt problem here that I don't know if the Windsor ethics law addresses. Kilpatrick had not at the time been convicted of a crime.....

The mayor of Windsor was totally cleared of any wrong doing by the integrity commissioner last night.

Glad to hear an innocent person involved with Kwame was cleared. Although I still think Kwame came up with the meeting as a cover-up for something else he did in Canada.
