This guy is unbelievable and it's hard to believe that an accountant would ask for a recount after getting his butt beat by such a large margin.
It's obvious his hurt ego is of more concern than the city's financial state when he asks for a recount. Hopefully, they'll make him pay for it.
I always thought you had to be within a % or two for a recount to be done.
Is he related to McFail [[another guest that wouldn't leave)?
