    Default Masthead Discovery!

Hey Guys! Is it just me? Did I just discover that when I click on the masthead of DetroitYES!...it changes to a different view each time? If you all knew this...how come no one told me??

There are some really great pictures on there. Just thought I'd let those of us who have not been in the know, know all about it!

    Discoveries!

I'd like to know who created this one, I really like the style. I've seen it here or elsewhere before, but forgot who made it.

Hate to seem like a nitpicker, but for the record:
That pagetop display is a banner, or flag to we newsprint vets.
A masthead is atop the editorial page, listing top personnel, year of founding, address, etc.
More importantly, of course, I totally agree the new design up there is dazzling. Lowell is The King.

And OK, to be honest, I don't really hate being a nitpicker.

I think it is by Jerome Ferretti.

Answers: Burger Joint is Greene's at 10 Mile and Orchard Lake in Farmington. Brickwork is by Jerome Ferreti. It is over a door in Eastern Market.

I love it - makes the pages more abstract and more lively. Thanks for all your work Lowell.
