1. Atleast in New York, you can get a damn hot dog at the ballpark in late October.
2. Parts of Oregon [[Pacific state) are in Mountain Zone and parts of Fla. [[Atlantic State) are in Central Zone.

Caveat: For a couple of hours every year when daylight savings time has the Eastern Time Zone spring ahead, the Florida panhandle would be the only part of an east coast state not one hour away from Malheur County, Oregon.
