There's hundreds of millions of Muslims, but the only violence is done by nut jobs and terrorists. If Muslims wanted to really take over, they'd be acting much more coordinated and in greater numbers in a military type effort.

There are enough Muslims to openly challenge the U.S. and the West, so I don't really buy the whole infiltrate and sneak attack theory anymore.
