Old Zaccaros store

Over the last week or so I've seen a lot of people coming in and out of the store. I was just wondering if anyone knew what's up if anything. I sure hope another store is moving in.

I heard from a restaurant across the street that there is a new upscale grocer moving in, but the business plan & prices won't be *quite* as expensive as Zaccaro's.

it won't be upscale, it'll be more competitive. nothing finalized yet, so i really can't say anymore. plans are moving forward though.

I've heard it will be a coffee shop with a deli counter and a limited stock of grocery staples. The prices will be competitive, but will have an upscale feel, not another liquor store.

Wow.... 2 stores with the same concept opening up within 4 blocks of each other. 1 gets $500K and the other is self funded.....
