    Default Limbaugh Interview on NBC

Rush Limbaugh was interviewed on NBC, excerpts of which are being played now on MSNBC.

This is the best thing to happen to progressives in years. This unprecedented move will do nothing more that expose this wind bag for what he is.

The visual of him being interviewed in prime time is priceless.

In the excerpt I just saw, he compared himself to a battleship being hit by "b b's" from the left.

He's angry, petulant, divisive, and generally the perfect spokesperson for the right wing wackos.

I saw a part of the intereview, where he said he is not the spokesman for the republican party. I really think he is, because the party has been taken over by trailer trash and the uneducated. They will never nominate a moderate republican for 2012. It will have to be a wacko. Even some evangelicals are leaving the party and more will follow in the near future.

Look at you both. Typical liberal thinking. Why do you both need to resort to name calling? It's so pointless. In just your two posts the words, trailer trash, uneducated, wackos, wind bag. Come on. I'm all about debate but name calling just doesn't work.

And what's so "typically liberal" about name calling? LOL!!

Try Saracuda Palin and her "Obama paling around with terrorists" routine.

Or, "Obama was schooled in a Madrassa" or "Obama has anti-American tendencies"

Or Glenda Speck's "This guy [[Obama) is a racist"

Give me a break. Rethuglicans invented name calling- socialists like me, and others will end it.

There is no debating someone like Limbaugh. "Wind bag" or "gaseous tripe swilling fascist wind bag" are appropriate when dealing with someone who says things like"

    "I hope Obama fails"

"Black athletes should start torching and burning, pulling the crips and bloods routine to show the newcomers how it's done"

    "Michelle Obama is a racist"

And you think softball rhetoric works with this kind of superfreak?

    I think not.

Debate is for civilized conversations- responding to Rethuglican talking heads is all-out war.

Sorry, but when the soul of the nation is at stake, you have to fight fire with fire.

Watch the news. I tend to watch all the news channels, you'll see it

Try Saracuda Palin and her "Obama paling around with terrorists" routine.
She says things like that because she gets too much attention, people need to stop talking to her.

Or, "Obama was schooled in a Madrassa" or "Obama has anti-American tendencies"
and? Obama is some ways does have anti-American tendencies, what's your point?

Or Glenda Speck's "This guy [[Obama) is a racist"
    That's an opinion,

Give me a break. Rethuglicans invented name calling- socialists like me, and others will end it.
Wow, your admitting that your a socialist? That's scary. Are you one of the socialists that provides for the less fortunate? Don't mind me, but I work for my money [[which isn't much) and I like to keep it to myself. I'll give to whom I please.

It's very easy to debate Rush, come with facts, he shoots them down and come back with more. When people do that they win.
    "I hope Obama fails"
Watch that entire speech please. He does not hope that Obama fails, he hopes that his attempt at turning our country into a Socialist nation does. The majority of the nation feels this way.

"Black athletes should start torching and burning, pulling the crips and bloods routine to show the newcomers how it's done"

    "Michelle Obama is a racist"
That wouldn't shock me, she wasn't pround of her country untill her husband was elected president. I'm sure that's because he's black. Can you give me a reference to where this quote and the one above came from so I can read the entire statement and decide for myself if he was strictly saying this or if it was taken out of context please?

And you think softball rhetoric works with this kind of superfreak?
No but intelligence and smart thinking could.

    I think not.

Debate is for civilized conversations- responding to Rethuglican talking heads is all-out war.

And Obamas killing this nation worse than Bush allready. We finally got rid of a president that didn't do anything for this country and this is what we replaced him with. Sad....

What's sad, it that you give a pass to the Bush Crime Family, and take your opinions on Obama from the Faux News channel.

GWB did more than "nothing"- his administration and it's policies resulted in over 8000 dead Americans between the two wars of choice and the dead of 9/11, which was a result of his failure as a president. Throw in over a million dead Iraquis and Afghanis, Add to that the bankruptcy of the American economy- where have you been?

You need to check out the "real news" as opposed to the Rethuglican talking heads you slavishly listen to.

The name calling, which was the theme of your post, I was able to cite examples, such as "racist" which in my book is name calling, not an "opinion".

Look up any website containing the quotations of Lush Limbaugh, and you'll see the hate rhetoric he levels at people every day. Glenda Beck as well. Just a couple of hate merchants.

Limbaugh just stated he "spawned" Glenda Beck, as well as all other conservative talk radio hosts who came after him. This guy's a meglomaniac, and his racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia can't be tolerated.

My guess, at least from the segments I saw, is Rushie either had a really strong "don't dare contradict me in any way" clause in his appearance contract, or the GE brass said "hands offf our mouthpiece"

That was the most disgustingly inept "interview" i have ever seen -- it did nothing but provide another platform for Limbaugh and his stinking pile of Babar Bowel Movements

Yeah I didn;t see "I feel that"..or "In my opinion I think...." in either one of those statements. What I read was clearly definitive...

I am puzzled as to why he would agree to go on NBC with it's low ratings and clear bias.

I feel the same way about Obama or any other non-Rethuglican appearing on Fox Noise and Goys Entertainment for the Frothing Masses of Knuckledragging Neanderthals, which has a clear bias against humanity.

Besides my other explaination posted above, he needed to make his case as a potential new owner of a major football franchise.

Public opinion is against that move, since his racist leanings would be counterproductive to ownership in a business that employs 70% African Americans.

Any evidence to back up your blatant lies about NBC being biased? And I mean evidence from a neutral source, not some lunatic right winger's website.

    No pun intended, right?

Just because Rush strikes at base emotional instinct without thought, and it resonates with others who also think in a primitive fashion, doesn't make him correct.

It resonates based on the identification with reality/truth as experienced by the listeners. In that sense, he is "correct".

BTW, specific contextual comments where you point out where he is "incorrect" would greatly advance your claim that he is wrong. Just a tip for future reference.

Well, let's start with the "truth" where Michael J. Fox is just making up his Parkinson's Disease. Care to go further, kind doctor?

Suck my ass. Just a tip for future reference.

He didn't say that MJF was makiong up the Parkinsons, he suggested that Michael J Fox would alter his medications that control the manifestations in order to demonstrate the disease on camera....per MJF, this is the truth.

Limbaugh: "Slavery built the south. Not to say we need to bring it back, but the streets were a whole lot safer at night."

Limbaugh: " The NFL looks more and more like a fight between the Bloods & the Crips."

This is why there isn't a chance in hell this RACIST bloviator billionaire will own, or partially own any NFL franchise.

Money may be the dominant factor, but this proves that billionaires don't all get their way.

"He is exaggerating the effects of the disease. He's moving all around and shaking and it's purely an act. ... This is really shameless of Michael J. Fox. Either he didn't take his medication or he's acting."
Does that sound like Rush acknowledging that Michael J. Fox went off his meds to demonstrate the disease?

Acting. Altering medications. Do these two terms mean the same thing to you?

    LOL!!!

This is a funny post, Batts.

To be Limbao, one needs a whole lotta guts.

A whole lotta butts, and a whole lotta chins- more than a Chinese phone book.

Any man who puts mayonnaise on an aspirin, and washes down a bottle of Oxycontin with liquor can't be taken seriously.

I took him out once to McDonald's just to watch him eat- and watch the numbers change.

I heard his thighs are going condo.

Words Not To Use In Conjunction With Rush Limbao:

    "concepts"

    "articulates"

    "resonates"

Words One Should Feel Free To Use In Conjunction With Rush Limbao:

"gigantic" [[his ego, his belly, his ass)

"growing" [[his ego, his belly, his ass, his meglomania, his ass. Did I mention his diseased ass?)

Lorax, Get ahold of yourself. Get your mind off of Rush's thighs. Rush has been kicked out of the football deal by his business partners who cited his participation as rousing enough ire to threaten the acceptance of their bid. He wasn't morally pure enough to be a silent parner in the venture. The NFL didn't want to have to proclaim, "There goes the neighborhood".
