Yes, unfortunately the taxes, maintenance and utilities makes it not a very good deal. Just like a house in the city of Detroit.

The city will have to pay to get rid of it, if they want it to be sold, Just like Tiger Stadium, hudsons, lafayette, Kmart HQ.............. The problems that face Detroit's monoliths are also present in the Burbs.

And did you Arm chair preservationists notice it took $1.5 million a year for upkeep of a vacant stadium.
