That's Rick Rizz in the backroud breaking up. It was Rick who gloated Mike Blowers into the count and pitch prediction.

I didn't hear the original boradcast, but I heard both the prediction and Dave's call on the sports a day or so later. Their clip was longer, and poor Rick just can't stop laughing.
