    Owner of a Detroit car wash who recently died had a helicopter drop thousands of dollars onto pedestrians below as his last wish...

    Goodness let me drive on over there and see what big bills may have landed in a tree - not yet noticed! ----

    Bet! That's a factor. Looks like police squad cars and officers were in position and the person requesting the drop wanted it to occur in that specific area...

    Helicopter drops cash money at Gratiot and Conner...
