Default Guess who's popping up in Westland, MI?

A Jack in a Box restaurant is coming to Metro-Detroit starting in Westland, MI.

At last, I don't have to way out west to get their burgers and tacos. Here is the source.

Jack in the Box Coming to Westland: Iconic Chain to Replace Long-Vacant Wendy’s
WESTLAND, Mich. — One of America's most recognizable fast-food chains is on its way to Westland. Jack in the Box will be opening a new location at the former Wendy’s site on North Wayne Road, which has sat vacant for years.
Several unofficial but credible sources have confirmed the news to Westland Community News, all pointing to an anticipated opening in August. The addition of Jack in the Box marks the brand’s continued push into Michigan, bringing with it a menu loaded with everything from burgers and tacos to breakfast items and milkshakes.
But that’s not all—sources also tell us the same ownership group is exploring options for the parcel of land directly behind the old Wendy’s building, hinting at potential future development. While those plans remain under wraps for now, it’s clear that big changes are on the horizon for the area.

    Here is proposed spot.

Strange timing. They recently announced the closing of 200 locations, about 10% of their stores.

I like the sourdough burger. I’m hoping that the location down the street from me isn’t going to be closed. It’s never very busy.

When ya have In-N-Out Burgers at the very worst just a few short hours away… Why would any place else ever really be busy?
