    I took a look at this place today and I think they need to cut this guy some slack. Granted there is a lot of construction stuff on the property but there is clearly work going on and the rest of the property is pretty nice. Considering the number of literally collapsing structures on that block of Alter it is amazing that any resources are spent getting on this guys case. It is even more outrageous as the ruins of once beautiful Jackson school a block away is being used as a dumping ground. Perhaps some of these code inspectors should be transferred to DPW and clean up that mess.
