Detroit Home Opener Festival
Billed as “the city’s original and largest party,” this festival includes beer tents, a full bar, food, music, games, live entertainment, and more than 15 of the city’s best DJs, all in celebration of the Detroit Tigers’ home opener against the Chicago White Sox. Grand Slam Detroit Festival 2025
The Detroit Opera House is celebrating the Detroit Tigers’ 2025 home opener against the Chicago White Sox with a festival that includes music spun by 20 of the area’s best DJs, two huge beer tents, food trucks, music, games and huge screens to watch the game. Woodward Sports will be hosting a live pre-game broadcast with Darren McCarty, Terry Foster, and Braylon Edwards at the event. April 4. $20+. Tina Fey & Amy Poehler: Restless Leg Tour

Così Fan Tutte
Mozart’s classic comedic opera about romantic entanglements and mistaken identities gets a 21st-century spin in this brand-new production by Detroit Opera Artistic Director Yuval Sharon. Protagonist Don Alfonso uses artificial intelligence to bring his robotic inventions to life [[and love), but he soon becomes obsessed with developing deeper spiritual connections between his machines, leading the inventor to question what it truly means to be human. Menopause the Musical 2: Cruising Through the Change
As the sequel of the long-running hit show Menopause The Musical, this show picks up with the ladies from the original five years after their chance encounter and follows them as they go on an adventure on the high sea while navigating hot flashes, mood swings, and memory lapses. The Detroit Greek Independence Day Parade

Cranbrook Academy of Art’s Graduate Degree Exhibition
Explore innovative and captivating creative works by the Cranbrook Academy of Art’s graduate-level students at this annual exhibition. Lightplay
This art show features artful ceramic lamps created by local ceramic artists Elliott Kayser and Kate Tremel. The Prom
