    Dennis K is the alter ego of Dan Gilbert. Gilbert bring properties back to life. Dennis K just leaves properties on life support

    Good to see them attempt to bring this building back. I've always admired its terra cotta facade.

    Did the Goeshel Building used to have three floors? Why did to downsize to two floors!
