Default Happy holidays to all our Detroityessers.

    Yes sir,

    another year winding down.

A lot of nice things happening in the world alongside a lot of muck. I want to wish everybody a Merry Xmas and excellent 2025, a Happy Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa, and peace to all, and yes to President Trump, too.

I don't think the airing of grievances is allowed here.

Well, maybe if they're silly enough.

What? No ‘Airing of Grievances?’ That’s like celebrating Christmas without decorations!

Yes, that’s it. Maybe include watching old reruns of Family Feud or Kramer vs Kramer. Anything to get into the spirit of a brawly Christmas.

Sorry Gistok, my bad. Happy Festivus!

In the spring of 1998, The Red Green Show was renewed for their 8th Season and created the first Christmas Special. Much of this special was taped up in Yellowknife Canada. A shortened version of this episode has been on YouTube for years, but we are releasing the full special - an extended version for you. So gather the family around and enjoy this classic.

I have a holiday wish for Mango Mussolini but I’ll refrain from saying it.

Happy New Year all... now in my 25th year on DetroitYES!

Back in 1999 almost ALL buildings downtown were ruin porn... now most of them are "reawakened, reimagined... rebirthed". Except those that were torn down needlessly... Lafayette Bldg, Statler Hotel, Motown Building, Charlevoix Bldg, and everything that the Ilitches have neglected...
