    I saw this project still up on this website. Is this still happening or is this project dead? Anyone have any insite?

    ^ I see no date on that link. Michael Higgins, the owner of the Leland who planned the development, passed away at 74 one year ago.

    Since he left no wife or children, I wonder if all his properties are in probate, and this development is held up pending a new owner?
