Not a lot happening in downtown Windsor lately. None of the proposed new developments have broken ground yet, vacant buildings and empty lots are everywhere and crime is keeping away visitors. But we are getting a new ice rink in front of city hall to compete with Detroit's Campus Martius.

Folks in Windsor will make their ice rink bigger and better that Campus Martius.

Windsor's city hall grounds are large but kind of tucked away. It's okay to go and skate but if you put a Christmas tree up would anyone notice except from a hotel room at the casino?
